TechnologyStoreShopper offers secret shopping programs in all 50 states. We have access to shoppers across the U.S. who are ready to shop for you.


Shoppers can be recruited based on specific demographics, experience or skill sets, depending on your needs. All of our shoppers are pre-screened, given comprehensive training and orientations on each project, and coached to ensure the most effective shops.


Secret shopper programs are built around your needs. In the set-up stage we will sit down with you, review your goals and needs, your current forms (if any) and your desired results. We will then go to work to develop your program, show you sample forms, and complete some sample shops. Then the program is rolled out either full-scale or in phases – whichever you prefer. Feedback is always sought and programs can be modified along the way.


Once we’ve established the goals and scope of your secret shopper program, and the forms have been developed and tested, TechnologyStoreShopper can mobilize thousands of shoppers across the United States in as quickly as a few hours. The process can take as little as a week or as long as six weeks depending on your organization, your approval process and your timeline.


While there is no minimum number of shops, keep in mind that the pricing structure is directly based on the shop volume combined with the type of shop, the information required, and other factors. With our systems, adding or deleting locations is easy. Simply contact us with the pertinent info; your new location can be added within hours, and shoppers can begin shortly thereafter.


Our sophisticated software allows for multiple levels of access within your company’s hierarchy, depending on your needs. But TechnologyStoreShopper will never share your information with anyone else unless authorized by you.


At TechnologyStoreShopper, providing our clients with consistent, accurate and intelligent feedback is mission-critical. Criteria for shops is pre-determined by you, and reports and views are customizable so you always get the information you need, however you want it. Of course, we’ll be glad to make recommendations on what information you should collect. And if you prefer, we can even develop the questions for your approval.


Our state-of-the-art web-based systems deliver real-time information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once a shop has been completed, shoppers upload their information directly to the web. After a series of careful reviews for quality, consistency and accuracy, the information is made available to you either online, via e-mail or on paper.
